Company Energo-Pro was founded in Czech Republic in 1994 and it is specialized in the hydropower. Today the holding has hydropower plants in Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia. In 2012 Energo-Pro acquires energy distribution business of the German company E.ON in northeastern Bulgaria, and since then it is electricity supplier in the following regions: Varna, Dobrich, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse, Razgrad, Targovishte and Shumen.
Company EVN was founded in Austria in 1922. It is one of the biggest energy companies in Europe. Today the holding works in 14 countries. It is specialized in producing and transporting of electricity and natural gas and in well waste management and water purification. In 2005 it was opened representation of the EVN Group in southeastern Bulgaria, which is a supplier of electricity in the following regions: Burgas, Nesseber, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Yambol, Kardzhali, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Haskovo. To check a bill it is necessary registration.
Company CEZ was founded in Czech Republic in 1992. It is specialized of production and supplying of electric and thermal energy, and coal mining. It owns nuclear, coal, solar, wind and hydroelectric power plants in different countries of Europe. In 2004 CEZ GROUP has established a representation in western Bulgaria, and it is a provider of electricity in the following regions: Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Pernik, Kyustendil, Vidin, Vratsa, Lovech, Pleven, Montana. To check a bill it is necessary registration.
