NENCOM is a small team of solar energy enthusiasts. We design and build photovoltaic systems of various types and for different purposes, and we are also distributors for several leading equipment manufacturers.

Seeking an experienced and passionate web developer for long-term and mutually beneficial collaboration on developing our online projects. The work is mostly remote.

Requirements for the applicant

• Residence in Bulgaria;
• Proficient knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python;
• Experience with MySQL for database management;
• Experience with popular content management systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, OpenCart, Ecwid, etc.);
• Experience with integration into payment systems, transport companies, and external APIs;
• Skills in configuring and optimizing websites on virtual servers (VPS), including migration and setup;
• Knowledge of Git or another version control system for working on projects with a change history;
• Understanding of SEO principles to design websites that meet search engine requirements and best practices;
• Code optimization for fast page loading and improved website performance;
• Understanding of web application security fundamentals, with the ability to prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, SQL injections, etc.);
• Ability to maintain documentation for development to ensure clarity in software architecture and functionality;
• Adherence to task deadlines, with reasonable and justified deviations. The candidate should stay in touch and not disappear without notice for more than a week;
• Experience in testing code to ensure quality and stability of developed solutions across various platforms and devices;
• Possession of a diverse portfolio with examples of completed projects.

The advantages will be

• Knowledge in UX/UI to create more user-friendly interfaces;
• Experience with various frameworks or libraries (e.g., Laravel, Vue.js, etc.);
• Skills in creating automations for business processes;
• Knowledge of «Internet of Things» technologies and corresponding protocols/interfaces (MQTT, RS485, Modbus, LoRaWAN, etc.);
• Experience with Node-RED;
• Living in Varna to periodically meet in our office and discuss plans for collaborative development.

Terms of employment

• At least 30% of communication must be in real time (online or offline); the rest should be in written format.;
• Most of the work will be done independently, with occasional interaction with other programmers;
• Payment is based on output, via bank transfers according to signed contracts;
